Delete your ReadFlow account
How to delete your account in the app
- Open ReadFlow and tap your account button to open the Account screen.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
- If you signed in with Apple, confirm once more with Apple so that ReadFlow can disconnect your Apple Account.
Deleting through the app takes effect immediately. If a conversion or translation is still running on your account, deletion waits: nothing is deleted, and you can try again when the job has finished.
If you cannot open the app
Write to readflow@linkcrit.com from the Apple or Google account you used to sign in, and say you want your ReadFlow account deleted. We handle email requests by hand, so please allow a few working days. Never include a password.
What is deleted
- your ReadFlow account and its sign-in sessions on all devices;
- your remaining credits (they are lost and cannot be refunded);
- your job records and history;
- the files you uploaded and the EPUBs ReadFlow generated for you, previews and saved translation progress. Until you delete your account these files are not removed automatically, including after the guaranteed download period;
- for Sign in with Apple, ReadFlow's connection to your Apple Account (we ask Apple to revoke it).
EPUB files you saved on your own device are not on our server; remove them on the device if you want them gone.
What is kept, and why
| Kept | Why |
