Terms of service
1. The service
ReadFlow converts a PDF file into an EPUB book and translates EPUB books into another language. Results are generated automatically.
2. Your files and your rights
You keep all rights to the files you submit. You may submit only files that you own or have the right to convert or translate for your own reading, and ReadFlow asks you to confirm this before a translation. You are responsible for having that right. Do not use ReadFlow to infringe anyone's rights, to submit unlawful content, or to disrupt or misuse the service.
We process your files only to deliver your result, as described in the privacy policy.
3. Automatic results and AI translation
Conversions and translations are produced by software, including AI models provided by third parties. They can contain mistakes, omissions or changes in layout, formatting or meaning. Check results that matter before relying on them. We do not guarantee that a result is accurate, complete or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Credits, prices and purchases
Conversions and translations are paid for with credits. The cost in credits is shown before you confirm, and nothing is charged until you tap the priced button. If a job fails, the credits reserved for it are returned.
You can buy credit packs inside the app. Purchases are made and processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play), at the price your store shows. The credits are added to your account after our server has verified the purchase.
5. Refunds
Payments are handled by Apple or Google, so their rules decide refunds for purchases made through them. Request an App Store refund from Apple and a Google Play refund from Google Play. If a store refunds a purchase, the credits it granted may be removed from your balance. Unused credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money by us.
6. Your account and deleting it
You sign in with Apple or Google. You can delete your account at any time in the app (how it works). Deleting an account permanently removes its remaining credits; we cannot restore them or refund them.
7. Availability and changes
We may change, limit or suspend parts of the service, for example for maintenance, to protect it from abuse, or when a provider we depend on is unavailable. We will not charge credits for a job that could not be delivered.
8. Liability
ReadFlow is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits arising from the use of ReadFlow. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law gives you as a consumer and that cannot be excluded.
9. Apple
If you use ReadFlow on an Apple device, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the app.
10. Changes to these terms and contact
If we change these terms we will publish the new version here with a new date. Questions: readflow@linkcrit.com.
